Green Tea for Healthy Gums & Teeth

Already more than 400 years, green tea is popular as a nutritious beverage for Asians. Recently in The Journal of Periodontology, researchers found that consuming green tea regularly can improve the health of teeth and gums.
Apparently, green tea can reduce the symptoms of periodontal disease (inflammatory diseases) that affect chronic gum and tooth supporting tissue, which is concerned with the development of other diseases, heart disease and diabetes.
Green tea contains the antioxidant catechin. These antioxidants improve periodontal health and disease away.
“The periodontal believe that it is absolutely essential to maintain healthy gums to maintain healthy body”.
So, do not forget to drink green tea regularly!
